My breakfast looked so yummy this morning, I couldn’t help posting this picture I took of it! School is starting up very soon for most, so this is a simple breakfast that is quick, easy and healthy for those busy school mornings. Eating breakfast is very important to my health. It allows me to have more energy in the morning and keeps me full till lunch time, so that I don’t crave unhealthy snacks in between.
