BreakfastMy breakfast looked so yummy this morning, I couldn’t help posting this picture I took of it! School is starting up very soon for most, so this is a simple breakfast that is quick, easy and healthy for those busy school mornings. Eating breakfast is very important to my health. It allows me to have more energy in the morning and keeps me full till lunch time, so that I don’t crave unhealthy snacks in between.

A handful of fresh blueberries

And I can’t function in the morning with out my coffee…. oh how coffee is my life! So I had to add it in the picture! This morning I am drinking Butterscotch flavored coffee!! So yummy!
